Cold plunging is something that I’ve did a lot of research on over time and decided to add it to my recent commitment to my lifestyle change I was challenging myself with. So far I’ve been very impressed with the mental part of the game that it brings. Also have noticed health benefits as well. Probably the biggest is dealing with inflammation/soreness. The quality of the product and ease or setup exceeded my expectations as well. I hope I can continue to hang in there and keep plunging. ✌🏻
I did alot of research before purchasing a cold plunge. Serene Plunge checked off all the boxes in terms of portability, ease of setup, price/value and wifi capabilities. I have been satisfied on all fronts and would definitely recommend the product. The wifi control setup is excellent!
Cold plunging is an intensive experience. 3 minutes immersed in 7 degrees Celsius water is a shock to my system, but the after effects is great - almost like taking a double espresso Red Bull cocktail. The benefits behind cold immersion are well documented as well.
I think this is a must-have for anyone intending to up their game.
Cold plunging is one of my favoritest thing to do so I was very excited to receive my setup. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up and use - I can easily set the temperature with a high level of accuracy which I won't be able to get with manual tubs. I do cold plunge 3 times a week and I always feel energized after - Improves my productivity at work and helped me stay mentally clear throughout the day.
Would give this 5 stars if they provide some kind of setup service as I'm not too fond of doing setup even though it took less than half an hour for the whole process.
